Queens Harbor

The real estate market is a natural for online video. A high quality video tour of your home produces several home marketing benefits. The 2 most obvious benefits are: First, a video enables you to literally take prospects on a guided tour and explain the key features that make your home unique. Second, a video enables people who simply want to see your home but have no intention of purchasing, to tour the property without disrupting your schedule. The Metropolitan

It is not always necessary to actually shoot video of a property when you want to produce a real estate marketing video. Using still photographs and the technique pioneered by Ken Burns in his historical documentaries, a good real estate video can be produced at a much lower cost. While the photos provided by the client for this video were of inferior quality, the video still presents a good example of the technique.

When the property in question is very large, aerial videography is often the best, if not only, solution. While we at Media Rapids don't operate our own helicopters for this work, we do maintain a business relationship with local aerial photography/videography companies who do. Through our association with these strategic partners we are able to offer areial photos or video as part of an overall solution for our appropriate clients.
